Notes[edit]
- Heroes do not use this skill on non-attacking foes.
- Lightning Javelin uses a unique area of effect.
- The projectile is identical to a staff's attack, and follows a high arc, similar to that of a flatbow.
- The projectile strikes foes adjacent to the target, and all foes adjacent to the projectile's flight-path originating from the caster.
- The projectile seemingly acknowledges "facing", as it does not affect "flanking" adjacent foes' immediate position to the caster's "left/right sides and rear", when facing relative to the target; despite the area of effect being centered on the caster.
- If the target foe evades towards the spell caster and the projectile misses far, the targeted foe will not receive any damage even if they are still in the projectiles flight path. This is commonly seen using lightning javelin to engage a fight with npcs.
- If the target is line of sight obstructed, the other foes in the aoe will still be struck even if they too would normally be obstructed.
